Frequently asked questions
Each /v1/ask or /v1/answer call costs 1 credit per document in the session. A session with 3 documents = 3 credits per query. Keep sessions focused to control cost. Zero-result queries are refunded.

Credits are automatically refunded. The API response includes a refund field so you can track it in your integration.
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Non-refundable except for system failures or zero-result queries.
