These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Transient Trace and the Transient Intelligence website (the "Service"), operated by Transient Intelligence Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Software License Agreement set out in our Privacy Policy.
Transient Trace is currently in alpha. The Service is provided free of charge during this phase for evaluation and feedback purposes only. Free alpha access does not constitute a commitment to provide the software free of charge after the alpha phase ends, and does not grant any future entitlement to free commercial use.
You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or breaking changes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you confirm this is the case.
You may install and use the software on your own systems solely for evaluation, testing, and providing feedback to Transient Intelligence Ltd. You must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the software or any portion of it
- Provide the software to third parties as a hosted or managed service
- Use the software in commercial production systems without a separate written commercial licence from Transient Intelligence Ltd
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or licensing notices
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software
- Use the Service to violate the rights of any third party
By submitting feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant Transient Intelligence Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the software.
Commercial use, production deployment, and hosted or managed service offerings require a separate commercial licence. Contact james@transientintelligence.com to discuss commercial terms.
The software and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of Transient Intelligence Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest or source-code rights.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transient Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms and your licence to use the software terminate immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and delete all copies of the software. We may also terminate or suspend access at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
